Letter to the Legislative Review Committee

APWF submission regarding the petition tabled in the House of Assembly on May 3rd, 2023, which requests the House to urge the Government to include the funding of free cat desexing programs in the revision of the Dog and Cat Management Act 1995.

SA Government Rental laws

The Australian Pet Welfare Foundation is strongly opposed to current SA tenancy law which allows for blanket ‘no pets’ clauses, such that landlords can refuse requests to have a pet for any reason, or no reason at all.
