Our submission calls for a government-funded “Veticare” system, expanded access to affordable veterinary care, and targeted desexing programs to prevent economic euthanasia, reduce shelter intake, and support pets, people, and the veterinary workforce.

We oppose the Shire of Wagin’s punitive cat laws and advocate for humane, cost-effective solutions like targeted desexing and community support to reduce complaints and euthanasia.
